The Addiction of Head Shaving

I am convinced that now being Bald By Choice for almost 3 months, shaving ones head is addictive. In the morning I have got to shave and get as smooth as possible. If in the afternoon when I come home I have a little "sandpaper" I shave again.

Guess there could be worse addictions to have.

A week without shaving

I took a week off from shaving the head, in fact today I even went to the barbershop and got a quick fade. It was sure nice to see my friend Ralph the Barber.

Well tonight I was over at Sly Bald Guys checking out the various posts and I said the hell with this and got up went into the bathroom and shave my head again. It does feel great and I am back to being bald.

Is head shaving and addiction? Well if it is, I am addicted.

Two months Bald By Choice

It is hard to believe that it has been two months since I have gone Bald By Choice. Since shaving my head I have become more confident in the look. There have been times that I have questioned my choice, then I realize I love it.

I have had to get use to shaving my head and being careful not to nick myself. This has been the hardest thing to do.

I now cannot see growing the hair back anytime soon. I love being bald and plan to keep the Bald By Choice look for a while.

One Month Bald

I can't belive that it has been just over a month that I decieded to go Bald By Choice. What an amazing time it has been.



I have now gotten use to me being bald and I love it. In fact it has become some what of an obsession to be bald. I just can't keep the head smooth enough.

I have learned a few things. First it is important to use a good razor. I prefer the Mach 3. Also take you time when shaving. I do have a few spots where I just can't get past without a nick.

The head is tanning well and looks even with the rest of my face. The response has been positive for the most part.

I don't envision giving up the look and think that it is my look for the foreseeable future.

For anyone that is thinking about going Bald By Choice, just give it a month. You will love it.

Most Bald By Choice Prefer Razor

According to the non scientific poll here most of Bald By Choice guys use a blade to keep smooth.

I did find it interesting that nobody uses a depilatory cream of some sort.

A Day Without Shaving

Thursday I woke up late for work. I did not shave my head as to save some time. The head was still nice and smooth and I did not think that it would hurt if I waited till after work to give the dome a good scrape.

Well fast forward to after work, and I was just to busy to shave. Figured that I would do it before bed.

After being busy all day I was exhausted and just went to bed without shaving. Well, when I woke up on Friday morning my head was all stubble and itched like hell. I could not wait to get into the shower and shave it smooth.

I am now smooth again, and will be shaving on a daily basis as not to have that itchy problem again.

Guess I am a Bald By Choice Man after all.
